For over twenty years, the two partners have been working side by side with the same goal: to propose cutting-edge systems which merge stunning aesthetics with the highest environmental impact reduction to overseas markets. The star of the Alkimos store is the Epta ECO2Large with FTE Full Transcritical Efficiency.Adopt a green technology able to ensure excellent performance, up to 47°C: this is the challenge and the opportunity which Epta was able to address, proposing the CO2 transcritical FTE system, patent pending in Italy and in Australia. Tested for many months inside the store, it has proven to be the ideal solution to respond to the extreme climatic conditions of Australia, the perfect training ground for this system.The advantages which have favoured the adoption of the FTE system include its simplicity, maximum reliability, functionality and efficiency. The system is tested in the factory and available on a wide scale, guaranteeing Retailers 10% energy saving and 20% reduction in installation and maintenance costs, when compared with traditional booster solutions.Sustainability, without sacrificing the design: inside the store, AJ Baker has installed Costan-branded solutions to furnish the entire fresh and frozen department with a modern style and minimalist lines. Among the solutions that stand out are the positive vertical Gazelle with doors, for fresh packaged goods, the Lion for the vegetable and fruit department, and, to enhance the offer of frozen products the vertical Elephant Up and the Tortuga cabinets.
