The top products of the Costan brand have convinced the Customer thanks to their high aesthetic value merged with the highest respect for the environment.The functionality and elegance at the heart of the project are best expressed in the food area, characterized by a charming play of transparencies with a strong visual impact that gives the layout dynamism and vitality. Undisputed protagonist is the GRANFIT Costan range, with the Granvista Next positive verticals, the Aeria Next semi-verticals and the GranBering freezers. The products guarantee an elevated family feeling and the aisles can be furnished with a single line of products that feature a coordinated design. Full-height glazing, lights and innovative materials help to improve the shopping experience, exploiting new display methods to enhance the store’s image.Worthy of note are also the traditional and extremely versatile solutions of Rossini Evolution, chosen to highlight the outstanding products of the delicatessen, cured meats and butcher’s department, where the Torre module stands out for its straight glass with unrivalled linear geometries and transparencies. The installation is completed by the Keplero refrigerated plug-in tables, which are a concentrate of technological innovation, minimal style and versatility that associates these advantages to its outstanding eco-friendly character, effectively responding to the requests of Gruppo Poli. The remote cabinets configured for a CO2 powered system and those with an incorporated unit are powered by R290 propane, to reduce the environmental impact of Orvea of Mezzolombardo.The Sushi Daily corner was created to satisfy the customers’ need for variety. It comes from the collaboration between Epta and KellyDeli which is dedicated to the preparation and display of sushi. It is a prime example of “retail entertainment” which is a powerful tool to boost business: the cabinet is the stage where the chefs exhibit themselves as they prepare delicious recipes, under the watchful eye of a public who is attentive and involved in the tasting sessions.
